The article on Topic 3 is mainly focuses on open educational resources and teaching methods. In Topic 3, I learned more about open education. Open learning has brought us a different learning experience, and it can also give some people in need more learning opportunities. On the other hand, what made me understand more is that open learning does not require learning in a designated space. Maybe for us, if we learn in another environment, what we learn may be different. Open learning gives us more opportunities to learn new methods, find different resources, and encourage us to create and share. The teacher may give up some old-fashioned teaching methods.

It is mentioned in the article that students should create new learning materials and publish their results in different forms. In addition to always completing our learning tasks in the format of homework, it may feel tedious. If it is done in a different form, it can motivate students to innovate and share their results with different people. I think this method is a great improvement in education. And can enhance students’ interest in learning and quickly improve their understanding. The results they created can also be used as examples to show to those who need it later for reference and learning. Therefore, I believe that good teaching methods are indispensable in open learning.
